If your Unblock Tech TV Box is stuck on the logo screen, not responding, or constantly crashing, don’t rush to get it repaired. You can easily reflash the firmware at home to restore it to factory settings.
📌 Supported Models: UBOX 9 / UBOX 10 / UBOX 11 and earlier models
✅ Note: UBOX 12 does not require flashing — the system is fully optimized out of the box.
🛠️ When Should You Flash the Firmware?
- Stuck at the startup logo screen
- System crashes or freezes frequently
- Apps won’t open, fail to update, or crash on launch
📦 What You’ll Need
- A Micro SD card (4GB–32GB, FAT32 format; recommended brands: SanDisk, Kingston)
- A USB SD card reader to connect to your PC
- The PhoenixCard flashing tool (version 3.1.0 recommended)
- The correct firmware
.img
file for your device model - A Windows computer
🔒 Avoid using SD cards previously used for phone backups — reformat the card before use!

📥 How to Prepare the Flashing SD Card
- Download the PhoenixCard tool
- Download the firmware image file for your UBOX model
- Insert the SD card into your computer and open PhoenixCard
- Select “Format and Write” to create the bootable firmware card
- Once complete, safely remove the SD card — you're ready to flash!
🔁 Flashing Process (Step-by-Step)
- Disconnect power from the TV box
- Insert the prepared SD card
- Plug in the power — the box will start flashing automatically
- Wait 3–5 minutes until the screen goes black
- Unplug the power and remove the SD card
- Power on again — flashing is complete!
🧯 Troubleshooting Tips
- Make sure the firmware matches your box model
- SD card must be FAT32 formatted
- Don’t cut power or remove the card early during flashing
