Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our UBOX products and offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your UBOX device to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your UBOX device must meet the following conditions:

  • The device must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in working order
  • All original accessories, cables, remote control, and packaging must be included
  • The device must not show signs of physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect item sent by us

For non-defective returns (including change of mind or unopened items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If applicable, a return label may be provided and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at sales@unblocktechtv.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the device and packaging (if applicable)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Processing Time Once we receive your returned UBOX device, we will inspect it within 2-3 business days to verify the condition and ensure all components are included.

Refund Timeline

  • After approval, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • UBOX devices that have been damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Devices with missing accessories or original packaging
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Damages and Issues Please inspect your UBOX device upon delivery and contact us immediately at sales@unblocktechtv.com if:

  • The device is defective or not functioning properly
  • The device is physically damaged during shipping
  • You receive the wrong model or missing accessories

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Warranty Information All UBOX devices come with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims or technical support beyond the 30-day return period, please contact us at sales@unblocktechtv.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
