How do I pair the AI voice remote? ▼
UBOX12 PRO supports voice commands through its Bluetooth remote control. The remote works through both IR and Bluetooth modes.
How to switch to Bluetooth mode:
Step 1: Press and hold the [OK] button and the [Home] button (the button with three horizontal lines) at the same time for about 5 seconds until the blue light turns on. The remote is now in Bluetooth mode.
Step 2: On your TV box, go to [Settings] > [Bluetooth] and search for available devices.
Step 3: Find UB-RC in the device list and select it to pair.
Once paired, the Bluetooth remote enables voice input in supported areas of the system and compatible apps. If you experience any issues, repeat the pairing process or visit the Download Center for setup resources.
What internet speed do I need? ▼
